We got Jill's new glasses back today. Hooray! It is amazing how much the bi-focals were helping. She was having some difficulties with stairs and running the last few days without them. Let's keep our fingers crossed that they continue to help. Otherwise the next step for her will be surgery. Right next to the optical center is a neat park called Cornwall Park. It is our new favorite spot with a great play structure, walking trails with bridges and a sprinkler park for those warm days.
I am often asked by people where we get Jill's patches. The website is http://www.patchpals.com/. These patches work so much better than the adhesive ones. The adhesives ones were literally pulling off her eyebrow and skin. Patch pals has a huge selection which makes it fun to wear. We have had a lot of success with the patch pals. This is her puppy one.

You guys are having so much fun. Jill I love your patch--was very jealous of Grandma Jeanie coming up to visit, seeing Kyla's school and shopping at Fairhaven!

I absolutely love Jill's patch. I went to the website too which is awesome! What a great resource. She just does so great with her glasses. It's amazing. That park looks fun but then again, so does all of Bellingham.
